Album Notes When   a   act   has   two*   gold   records   to   their   credit,   and   has   sold   over   10   million   records,   and   then   apparently   drops   from   sight,   everyone says"   what   ever   happened   to   them?".   Ordinarily   this   could   apply   to   The   Diamonds,   except   everything   has   happened   to   them...and   all good. The   Diamonds   have   become   one   of   the   few   "kid"   acts   to   make   the   transition   to   an   adult   act,   which   is   proven   by   their   tremendous   success in   such   supper   clubs   and   lounges   as   Harvey's,   Lake   Tahoe,   The   Riviera   Hotel,   Los   Vegas,   The   Edgewater   Beach   Hotel,   Chicago.   To name a few. Under   the   guidance   of   their   personal   and   business   manager,   Nat   Goodman,   who   started   them   on   their   career   in   show   business.   The Diamonds have changed from a straight singing act to a hilarious and funny adult night act. *(At the writing of this piece, only two of The Diamonds’ recording had been certified gold. The third one, “Silhouettes”, gold certification came later.)
