Award Winning Chef Coming To Alderson Margaret Hambrick - July 2, 2016

There   is   a   treat   in   store   for   the   people   of   the   Alderson   area   who   have been    so    deeply    affected    by    the    flooding.    Red    Bordner ,    an    award winning   BBQ   chef   from   Boiling   Springs,   SC,   has   come   to   Alderson   to be   a   part   of   the   flood   relief   effort.   He   has   set   up   his   "cooker"   on   the   old football   field   and   will   be   serving   BBQ   on   Monday,   July   4   starting   at 1:00   p.m.    He   will   serve   BBQ   and   hot   dogs   free   of   charge   to   the   people of   the   Alderson   area   until   he   runs   out.   Please   take   a   break   from   flood clean-up    duties    and    come    enjoy    some    lunch.   Also,    please    take    a minute   and   thank   him   and   all   the   volunteers   who   have   been   so   kind   to us when you see them.
