I know you've seen enough pictures of the bridge, but I just can't take snapshots of our little Mayberry w/o including a few angles. I never get tired of seeing it. It is one of our biggest focal points.

Alderson was a busy little place today. Cleaning up below the Alderson FPV gatehouse Front gate & gatehouse of FPC Alderson For you old timers, this is standing @ the corner of Bakers' Electric Shop looking towards Harry Merediths' Gulf station across the river. (now the Alderson Visitors' center) The old water tower is becoming visible again. Before you know it , the Christmas star will appear on that tower. A magical time of the year ! Taken from the top step of the post office (remember Sam Bennets' Barber Shop to your left) I can still see him standing in the doorway in his little white barbers jacket, chewing his gum when he wasn't busy. New paint on Woodson-Prince - Mohler building (aka) the Quillen building. Currently T.
