Hi   there,   folks!   Briefly,   the   GOOD   news   is   that   we're   working   all hours    to    be    OPEN    for    the    Alderson    Strawberry    Festival    on Saturday!!   The   bad   news   is   that   we   just   heard   that   there's   a rumor   we're   closing   and   throwing   the   things   on   the   sidewalk away. We aren't...we are organizing and cleaning!   We've   also   heard   that   some   people   took   things   thinking   they were   being   thrown   away.   Soooo...please   tell   everyone   you   know we   are   opening!   And   if   anyone   took   anything   they   thought   was trash,   we   would   greatly   appreciate   it   if   it   was   brought   back.   No questions asked.   Thanks   SO   much!!   We   were   closed   longer   than   we   wanted   because   of   health   problems.   But   we are   back!   We   won't   have   everything   done   for   Saturday...but   you'll   be   amazed   at   what   we   have done!!   And   we'll   continue   to   work   to   open   more   hours   again.   More   info   to   come   -   so   keep watching Facebook.  And please share this post. "Hi   ALL   fans,   friends   and   customers   -   we   are   SO,   SO   sorry   to   have   to   close   today   for   the festival   after   all!!      We   were   all   SO   determined   and   worked   hard   -   and   now   so   disappointed!!     And   even   more   sorry   to   disappoint   you!      But   this   morning   on   top   of   every   thing   else,      we suddenly   had   all   kinds   of   technical   problems!      Can   you   believe   it??      We   can't   believe   it!!     This   is Sarah   Alderson   -   and   on   top   of   all   of   my   own   health   problems   this   year,   I   fell   down   stairs   the other    day!        Geeezzzz.        So    with    an    ulcer,    hernias    and    more    -    and    now    possibly    some fracture...as   much   as   I   HATE   admitting   not   being   able   to   push   through   everything,   I   have   to give   up   today.      BUT,   we   ARE   still   opening   more   soon!   We   promise!!   With   132   years   under   our family   store's   belt...we   are   definitely   resilient.   :)   Please   share   this   post   and   tell   your   friends!     Message   me   if   there   was   something   in   particular   you   already   saw   and   wanted,   and   I   will   save it.      In   the   meantime,   keep   watching   Facebook!      We   will   have   even   more   cool   things   in   the   next week   or   so   before   opening   again.      Thank   you   so   much   for   your   patience   -   and   keep   watching Facebook!! <3 :) " _Sarah Alderson
