Hello all, The   next   meeting   of Alderson   Main   Street   is   on Thursday, August   16   at   7   in   the   Council   Room   of   City   Hall!     Hope to see everyone there! Also, there are two great events coming up in Alderson! Sunday, August   19 …from   6:30   to   8:00   p.m.   a   free   concert   “Tribute   to   Bricktop”   on   the Alderson   Memorial Bridge.  There will be hot dogs and drinks for sale.  Bring a chair and enjoy! Sunday,   August   26 …from   4-7,   a   picnic   for   the   whole   town   up   at   the   Municipal   Park.      Meat   and   drinks provided.  Please bring a dish or two to share and a chair for chatting with friends. Also,    raffle   tickets   are   still   for   sale   for   a   wonderful   vacation   or   stay-cation   for   the   winner.     A   free   stay   for   6 for   one   night   at   the   Victorian   Inn,   gourmet   dinner,   super   breakfast,   guided   walking   tour   of Alderson   and   gift certificates   to   several   stores!     All   this   for   a   $5   donation   per   ticket   or   5   for   $20!!      The   proceeds   will   support AMS projects and a huge thanks to all those contributing to this great basket of goodies!
