You are especially invited to the Annual Public
Meeting of the Renaissance Corporation. This is a nonprofit group.
The meeting is at 7:00 p.m. on July 14 at City Hall.
As you probably know, this is a group who runs the brick building
on the corner of Riverview and North Monroe at the Greenbrier end
of the old bridge.
The upper two floors are low income housing and the bottom floor
has business units.
Each year an annual meeting is held to recruit members ($1.00 for
a membership), have them receive a report of the last year's
activities, and elect the Board of Directors and officers for the
coming year. As a member, you only meet once a year.
There will be tea and cookies, so please come!
