"Improving the Community - One Project at a Time"

AGENDA
ALDERSON MAIN STREET
July 16, 2009
7:00 p.m. at THE GAZEBO AT ALUMNI PARK

Greetings!   Welcome!  Did you bring a friend?  The new year began in November for Alderson Main Street.   Your dues of $15 are due.  See Dana Pack to determine if you have already paid. Your dues go into the general fund for projects we support and are an important source of revenue.  They entitle you to be a voting member of the organization, attend Chamber of Commerce events, and work hard.  What a bargain!  Thank you!

Three Cheers!!!

·        For the July 4th Committee who works so hard each year to provide such an outstanding celebration and did extremely well this year in spite of the rain on Sunday.

·        For our July 4th House Decorating Contest Judging Team—Barbara Taylor, Chair and Betty Thomas and Frances Simmons

·        For Tom Dameron, Gary Reed, Greg Taylor and others who worked so hard to make Alumni Park look so good for the Flag Dedication Ceremony.

·        For all those who participated in the Flag Dedication Ceremony.  It was just great!

·        For Tom Dameron who had the idea of the numbered flags and the auction and for Randy Burdett who conducted the auction. It was a big success.

·        For those who sold flags—you did great!

For everyone, both near and far, who cares about Alderson!
