Anne B.
Royals, 76, of Crozet died at the Hospice House in
Charlottesville, VA. on March 18, 2015. She was born on June
20, 1938 in Marlinton, West Virginia, the daughter of the
late John F. Boswell and Grace Davis Boswell. She was
preceded in death by her husband Doug Royals.
She is
survived by two sons, O. D. Royals and his wife Sandy of
Staunton, VA and John Royals and his wife Beth of Richmond,
VA ; five grandchildren, Cody, Matt, Daniel, Easton, and
Brandon.
Anne
graduated from Averett University and was a professional Ski
Patroller at Wintergreen and Snowshoe. She lead a Bible
Study in the Waynesboro and Crozet area for twenty-five
years. She was an active member of the Lebanon Presbyterian
Church and Crozet Rescue Squad. The family moved from
Tidewater area in 1973 and opened a horse riding farm in
Afton, VA. |
Family will receive friends from
6-8 pm on Friday night, March 20, 2015 at the Anderson Funeral Home
Chapel in Crozet.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 11:00
am at the Lebanon Evangelical Presbyterian Church with Rev. Don
Hardman officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Family suggest that memorial contributions be made to the Lebanon
Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 8312 Brooksville Road, Greenwood,

Suite 300, Charlottesville, VA 22911.
