Cletis F. "Junky"
Shawver passed away in January, 2012. He was in a nursing
home in Starke, Florida the last several years as a result
of an automobile accident. |
He was a 1935 graduate of
Alderson High School, a Chief Petty Officer in World War Two, and a
retired Senior Correctional Officer at the Federal Prison Service at
the Alderson Federal Reformatory for Women. He and his wife Justine,
also deceased, moved to Florida after their retirement.
