Charles Lee "Cisco" Phipps, age 76, (AHS 49), died in Bradenton. Florida on July 24, 2007, of diabetes and heart disease. A Korean War Veteran, he was the retired Executive Vice-President of United Rigging and Hauling of Beltsville, Md.
He is survived by his wife, Ina
and two daughters from his first marriage, Bobbi Hyder & Linda
Christian and by a brother Eugene Phipps. Surviving also are
step-children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
His ashes were interred in
Alderson, after a memorial service at the Johnson Memorial
Methodist Church on August 31, 2007
