SB1070
Barry Worrell  July 29, 2010

Well Folks, the liberal Judge Susan R. Bolton has pulled the teeth of Arizona's SB1070. The partial injunction prevents Arizona from requiring police officers to determine the immigration status of anyone they stop or arrest. It also strikes down the provision making it a crime not to carry immigration registration papers and the provision that makes it a crime for an illegal immigrant to seek or perform work. This is hilarious since we as citizens of the United States, while engaging the world outside, are required to give information about our status every day we live. We have to carry our drivers licenses to drive and that has our information on it.. We have to present our account number when we do our banking, and have our credit-card number to make a purchase, all submitting information about us. Of course I expected this from the beginning because of who sent the Judge and the fact the government just doesn't want to be bothered with illegals coming across the border. This kind of thinking is disturbing and most of all frightening.

On the news you see people carrying signs that say "Stop Racism!". That's strange because the government's case against SB1070 didn't mention race in their suite. Could it be that someone is mis-informed?? The world much be laughing their backsides off at us.

By now you should know where I stand on this issue and about the only way to not let it get you down is to offer your way of getting enough troops and surveillance devices along the border to stop free entrance to the U. S.  This is an exercise in suggesting a serious and valid way to correct the problem, or you can offer a humorous way. I prefer to try and be humorous about the situation. I will start the comments with my offer.
