The Aldersonian is the longest running news media for Alderson WV. Starting out as the high school's newspaper, it stopped when the school closed in 1968. 30 years later in 1998, it was resurrected on the internet. Also included are updates for Alderson Main Street, Greenbrier Historical Society, Town of Alderson, and many other community functions. The Aldersonian is divided into six basic categories listed below.
